Leadership Learning Programs

Toni wrote a number of Leadership Programs between 2005-2009. These are found within state and government school programs.

Currently, Toni is: 

• Co-rewriting the Teacher Leadership Development Program for aspiring executive for re-accreditation with the NSW Institute of Teachers.
• Writing and presenting a new Leadership Learning Program for principals and their executive based on current research. This program focuses on the development of a ‘leadership learning portfolio’ and the development of a leadership learning culture and leadership toolkit within the school executive.
• Co-writing and piloting a variety of leadership matrices/tools that identify areas of strength in the development of aspiring executives
