Consultancy to support state wide programs

• Toni presented and supported a regional leadership team in the implementation of Team Leadership programs in government schools.

• Toni is a co-author and facilitator of a Teacher Leadership Development Program to support aspiring leaders to middle management positions and aligned the program so that it complied with the NSW Institute of Teachers registration. 

• Based on current research, Toni co-developed, wrote and presented across the state a Team Leadership program for the National Partnerships in Literacy and Numeracy in government and independent primary schools, and the subsequent rewrite to create a program K – 12 for all government schools.

• Toni revised programs for government schools’ consultancy across the state, including the update of training packages and finalising and presenting a facilitator skills program.

• Based on her knowledge and understanding of the variety of government schools’ state leadership programs available, Toni outlines the various programs on offer to align with the needs of the coachees and provides support in the use of these programs in their career path planning.
