Consultancy in government Primary Schools

As a trained coach, Toni coaches and mentors executive and aspiring executive across many schools providing support through consultation, and feedback and suggestions via email/phone in the development of their CVs. She has had success in supporting 5 principals, 10 assistant principals and an international executive position.

• Toni incorporates a variety of leadership frameworks from within government primary school’s structures, also including the NSW Institute of Teachers Professional Teaching Standards, The L5 – Australian Principals Associations Professional Development Council (APAPDC) and the Australian Institute of Teachers and School Leaders (AITSL) standards for teachers and leaders (2011).

• Toni recommends and discusses current research in leadership, and teaching and learning with coachees, and focuses on the implications of the research as classroom practitioners and leaders within the school.

• Toni facilitates the training of executives in Team Leadership programs, professional learning sessions for staff meetings and staff development days for schools. She provides professional learning for staff in the development of their CVs and facilitates professional learning sessions for teachers seeking permanency and teachers aspiring to executive positions.

• Toni has researched and written a Teacher’s Aide program for the professional learning and school orientation of Teachers Aides.
